If the online shop delivers to or within Europe, you can place the order using the address of our warehouse. We receive it and forward it to you. H&M, Flaconi, C&A, Amazon and others.

1) Select the destination country, for example Russia
2) Enter the approximate weight of the parcel
- If you do not know it, simply enter 1 kg
- You can often find the approximate weight on the shop’s website or estimate it using AI
3) Choose the tariff:
- Standard: 21–24 days after dispatch from our warehouse, delivery to the nearest post office
- Premium: 10–18 days, delivery directly to your door
The final price is shown immediately in the calculator, even before placing the order
4) Enter your details as the recipient
5) In the next step, describe the contents of the parcel (customs declaration)
6) Check the details and proceed to payment

After placing the order, you will receive the address immediately by email
3. Order the goods to this address in any online shop
Simply use us as the delivery address
4. We receive the order and forward it to you

Delivery time and costs depend on the selected tariff:
Standard: 21–24 days after dispatch from our warehouse, delivery to the nearest post office
Premium: 10–18 days, delivery directly to your door

About customs duty:
Up to a goods value of €200 per order: duty-free.
Over €200: customs duty of 15% on the amount above €200 (minimum €2/kg).
The customs duty is paid by the recipient when collecting the parcel at the post office. -

What you should keep in mind (restrictions and details):
Food and drinks
Caviar, truffles, ready-made food and alcohol may not be sent.
Tobacco products
Cigars, cigarettes and tobacco-containing products are prohibited.
Cosmetics and personal care products
Shipping is possible, but restrictions apply to liquids. We recommend a maximum of 2–3 bottles and no more than 200 ml per container.
Electronics
Shipping is possible, but high-value goods that exceed certain value limits may be subject to restrictions.
Jewellery and precious materials
Gold, silver and precious stones may not be sent.
Costume jewellery with a value of up to €300 can be sent.
Watches
Shipping is possible if the value is up to €200.
Vehicles and spare parts
Expensive components and assemblies may be subject to restrictions.
