New rules from April 1, 2024:
• Duty-free limit: up to 200 €
• Over 200 €: 15% duty on excess, minimum 2 €/kg
Examples:
• Parcel worth 450 €, 10 kg → 37.50 € duty
• Parcel worth 370 €, 25 kg → 50 € duty (min. rate)
Important:
• Duty is paid by the recipient
• Sender cannot prepay duties
• If customs clearance fails:
• Parcel returns to Russia (not to the EU)
• Reshipping must be paid again
• Contents cannot be modified or split
• Refusals lead to disposal without refund
